Sesame Chicken
Ya’ll, this recipe is JUST as good as take out. I love to eat
out but being a young, married couple paying for grad school and saving for a
house…the budget is tight. This recipe makes me feel like I’m out having sesame
chicken but with half of the calories and not fried!!! I served mine with rice
and broccoli for a complete meal.

Ingredients
needed for the recipe:

chicken breasts thawed

oz. of Ken’s Steak House Lite Asian Sesame dressing
·

cup of honey
·

tsp. of sesame seeds
Instructions:
Place the
chicken in the crockpot greased. Cook the chicken for 3 hours on high. In a
small bowl mix the dressing and honey thoroughly. Once the chicken is done
cooking, drain the crockpot and then pour the mixture over the cooked chicken
and cook on high for 30 more minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with
rice and broccoli.
