Sesame Chicken

Ya’ll, this recipe is JUST as good as take out. I love to eat out but being a young, married couple paying for grad school and saving for a house…the budget is tight. This recipe makes me feel like I’m out having sesame chicken but with half of the calories and not fried!!! I served mine with rice and broccoli for a complete meal.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 3.5 hours
Yield: 6 servings
Serving Size: 1 breast

 Ingredients needed for the recipe:
·         6 chicken breasts thawed
·         10 oz. of Ken’s Steak House Lite Asian Sesame dressing
·         1 cup of honey
·         1 tsp. of sesame seeds
Instructions:
Place the chicken in the crockpot greased. Cook the chicken for 3 hours on high. In a small bowl mix the dressing and honey thoroughly. Once the chicken is done cooking, drain the crockpot and then pour the mixture over the cooked chicken and cook on high for 30 more minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice and broccoli.
